§ 1. General Provisions and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions define the general conditions for using the Student360 website, the rules for concluding electronic service agreements, and the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and Users.
The owner and Service Provider of the platform is: Mateusz Niski, located at: Poland, Braniewo 14-500 ul. Mielczarskiego 22m6 e-mail address: kontakt@student360.pl.
Any natural person who has read these Terms and Conditions and accepted their provisions may become a User.
The Service Provider provides Users with digital services consisting, among other things, of providing organizational tools and a 5 GB private cloud storage space.
§ 2. Nature of Services and Ad-Free Guarantee
The Student360 platform has been designed as a fully independent tool supporting the educational process of students.
The Service Provider guarantees that the service is completely free from sponsored ads, external advertising banners, and hidden marketing.
The paid User Account will never feature any paid partnerships, sponsored materials, product placements, or commercial recommendations from third parties. We focus exclusively on providing a stable tool for learning.
§ 3. Technical Requirements
Proper use of the service requires a device with internet access and a standard web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript.
The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure continuous operation of the service, but shall not be liable for disruptions resulting from internet network failures or force majeure.
§ 4. Registration, Login, and Conclusion of Agreement
Logging into the service and registration are carried out exclusively via external identity providers: Google Account and Facebook Account (Meta).
The Student360.pl website administrator does not have access to passwords, confidential data, or user accounts on external services. The entire authentication process is handled directly by the secure infrastructure of Google and Meta, and the service receives only basic profile data necessary for account identification (such as email address, first name, and last name).
The electronic service agreement is concluded upon successful authentication by the selected provider and payment for the selected access period.
§ 5. 5 GB Cloud Architecture and Data Security
Each User receives 5 GB of private storage space as part of their subscription. The service's cloud infrastructure is based on a modern, distributed enterprise-grade high-availability object storage architecture. It guarantees lightning-fast file access times, full data redundancy, and encryption in transit and at rest using advanced cryptographic protocols.
Storage space in Student360 is intended exclusively for educational purposes – for personal notes, scripts, lectures, scans, and materials necessary in the studying process.
Absolute prohibition of uploading unlawful data: The User undertakes not to introduce files and content into the service that violate generally applicable laws, third-party copyrights, personal rights, as well as pirated materials (including illegal software, cracks, stolen databases), pornographic content, content promoting violence, inciting hatred, or containing malicious software (malware, viruses).
In the event of a breach of provisions regarding the legality of stored data, the Service Provider has the right to immediately block the User Account and permanently delete the prohibited materials, without the right to a refund of paid subscription fees.
§ 6. Payment Rules and No Automatic Subscription
Access to the full version of the service is paid and takes place exclusively in a prepaid (advance) model for the selected billing period (e.g., 1 month).
The service does not feature an automatic subscription mechanism. The User does not consent to recurring and automatic card debits. Each subsequent payment requires conscious, manual initiation by the User.
The electronic payment operator is Stripe. The Service Provider does not store or have access to full payment card numbers, CVC codes, or confidential user banking data.
Available payment methods include BLIK, Revolut, instant transfers, and one-time card payments handled by the Stripe gateway.
After the paid subscription period expires, in the absence of payment for the next period, the User Account is automatically switched to a hibernation state. This means temporary suspension of access to premium features until the User makes another payment.
§ 7. Withdrawal from Agreement and No Refunds
Due to the fact that the offered services are digital content delivered instantly, and the User has the opportunity to test the demonstration version beforehand and thoroughly familiarize themselves with the application specification.
By making a purchase, the User consents to the performance of the service before the deadline for withdrawal from the agreement and acknowledges the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement after its full performance.
Purchased access packages are not subject to return or complaint due to the User's resignation during the ongoing paid billing period.
§ 8. Complaints Procedure
Any complaints regarding the functioning of the service or payment issues should be reported electronically to the e-mail address: kontakt@student360.pl.
The complaint notification should contain the name, surname, email address associated with the account, and a precise description of the reported problem.
The Service Provider shall review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt, informing the User of the decision made via email.
§ 9. Personal Data Protection and Cookies
The administrator of Users' personal data is the Service Provider. Data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR regulation for the purpose of executing the agreement, account maintenance, and billing purposes.
The service uses the analytical tool Google Analytics to collect anonymized statistical traffic data on the website and optimize platform performance. Detailed information about cookies can be found in a separate Privacy Policy tab.
§ 10. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal, technical, or organizational reasons. Users will be informed of any changes with appropriate advance notice.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
